Sorry i missed it fellas, it was pouring down and thought no one would turn up so i finished my KM rebuild (new head).
Took me an age to get going, carb on/carb off/carb strip/swapped carbs/plugs in and out, blisters in between me fingers from yankin that bloody pull start (not jokin), found the low needle tip had broke off so now fitted my 813, got it started and just needs a tune up the next time i'm out.

About time i had company in the Gully jumping. It looks scarier in the flesh thats for sure.
Next time all.

I nearly got Pabs when his wheel came off.

mate that last jump\crash killed me buggy up to now i,ve found broken hub, ripped front tyre , bent chassis, bent drive shaft, bent up right bolts, broke rear bumper, i,am keeping away from that gully next time out, l,o,l:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I got bent chassis, broken upright and a few other bits from last weekend out :( I think its more keep away from Deeside if you don't want to take your car home in bits :badair::badair::badair::badair: I will be back for more tho :w00t:

Ive got all the bits now so will be making a start tonight :hammer::hammer: Everything off & a good clean down 1st then straighten the chassis. When I put my straight edge on it looks like I will prob get away with leaving the engine in place so wont have to set up the gear meshing again

Heres the run down:
Straighten chassis
Made a new st.stl. gear plate to replace the crappy ally 1
New rear shock mount
New oil in all shocks
Fit new front hubs
Fit new wheel bearings all round
Fit new screw to servo & loctite it this time :p:
Re-glue front tyre to rim
Re-set front brakes
Spit & polish ready for next outing

i had a go at my chassis today had a fair old bend in it, but 10mins with my mole grips and a hammer and its looking ok, but need a list of other bits as long as yea arm,
