DBXL DBXL-2.0 ESC updated? Different settings than manual

Just received the DBXL today - first thing I did was adjust the brake setting. In the manual it shows 4 settings for the brakes (25/50/75/100) with 50 being the default. When I changed this setting there were 8 beeps indicating 8 brake level adjustments.

I am wondering if they made a running change to the esc and just didn’t update the manual?

my neighbor has the dbxle 2.0 and I asked about the beeps. He said apparently its to indicate that it recognized 8s battery voltage...or something of that nature
 
This has been an issue since release.


Use the KRATON 8S manual to adjust your settings on your 2.0
