then I took it out and ran it for a while and lost the rear driveshaft pin so it doesn't have 4x4. is this easy to fix?

Buy new screws and file them. Make sure the tip is flat. You will need 2 screws and a blue tie. It worked and will never fail again. Also check the fuel tank, there is a defect in the middle of the tank - a small factory point. Gasoline really leaks out of this hole, I melted this hole with a torch! Also install a safety switch, it will turn off the power to the spark plug when the battery is low. This car can run out of control!!! Always inspect after and before every ride!
