got there and james couldn't make it so had to borrow a steerin servo of big j, then ran for 30mins then my brake/throttle servo packed up so had to borrow one from pete, ran for another 20-30 mins and flipped it on a exposed tree root and snapped my brake post off with my exhaust so just called it a day :white-flag::white-flag::white-flag::white-flag::laugh:

think it was due to it bein so dry mate, all the cars were kickin up some dust :white-flag::white-flag: my eyes are killin :laugh:

yea its mayhem mate, dust and smoke everywere but allways a good time, oh and some broke cars:cursing::cursing::cursing:
 
A very nice bloke off the Baja.forum has said he'll give me a hpi rear shock shaft for nothing, how cool is that.
Need a KM 1 now, been onto rcmodelz but they are out of stock on the rear shocks, bugger. :cursing:

:lol::lol::lol::lol: that was my first result wagon then i rewatched and rewatched and still came up with the same result so i thought "f" it and made it all up :lol::lol::lol::lol:

try a hpi shock rebuild kit you get 2shafts and all the seals, think radicool racing got them in stock,
 
Haven't fired it up yet, but I reckon I've PROBABLY solved my BUG GLITCH - only appears when the engine's fired up - sounds familiar? !!! :laugh::cursing::laugh:
I've just changed the plug. The 'removed' one is black and wet. The engine was smokey. ...
I was running an Iridium CR8 HIX. As you INCREASE, the COLDER the running, so I've ordered 1x 6 - trial - and 2x 7 as default (don't want to waste postage again!!) off Fleabay.
Less than a fiver each + postage.

Couldn't understand why it was running great, then started to 'glitch' when running - and was smokey. I was firing up the engine, but only running for a minute or so, to 'get my petrol fix' ... silly me !!!:cursing::cursing:

Not yet, hoping to have a hour later, went down to j's yesterday but ended up getting some of his car ready for selling on ebay. :online2long:

I've had to swap the shocks around so only got the 1 running at the mo, need a new shock from RCModelz for the KM but out of stock til the 20th. :cursing:
