im loveing this thread but gutted i live miles away i would be in and helping and joining unfortunaty in my area i only know of 5/6 people with large scales so it would never work but from what ive been reading in this thread theres a good few of you now you can make it work good luck

It is a shame Renbar the more we get the better. we have about 20+ now so need to get things done correctly now.
 
Just my add on to Pauls track layout, with the opinion of a Oval circuit for the peeps who don't fancy the ripples/jumps etc.

OK guys,

as i can't get down to deeside this weekend, can we agree to meet up the following weekend to get things organised. Also, by then I might have some news from the farmer. If it is raining we can meet in the burger king at the service station off the roundabout.

yea astro a good all year round surface, if we can get it cheap cos we are going to need a s??t load, bmx tracks are made of a crush and run hardcore base with a grit topping this is good all year allso but it being grit based could cause havick with cleaning,

OK, what base do you put down forthe track before you lay the astro turf?
