Disc Brake Hub Shearing

Does anybody else have a problem with a shearing disc brake hub part number 86615?

I am getting sheared hubs with the stock brake discs in place, it shears with replacement RCR disc brakes. I run almost 100% on pavement and I am getting constant worn brake hubs, the angles just gets worn and finally the hub shears, locking the rear end.

Running as I do rarely are the brakes used.

Any suggestions?

Yes, the brake hex is what I am referring to. Who sells all or semi hex brake hex?
