Well that's gotta be a scam, the other day I saw 1 Baja sell for 50 like 3 times and another baja sell for 120. Definitely a scam imo

Of course. Probably meant $199.

Its a scam . The seller knows there is nothing to sell but ny the time Paypal catches up he either goes missing or refunds the money. If he/she does this a good few times there is alot of money in his bank and uses it to invest in something else then sells that and refunds ebay buyers. If that makes sense. I have seen this before but its normally with the Chinese as there is longer to wait for a refund.
