Honestly I think someone what’s decently mechanically inclined would be able to make one themselves, I have a design in mind and some spares so I may try to do something this summer or spring

I’m not a fan of the electric start… the trick is not hard to start and it’s just another thing to go wrong and more batteries to charge. It’s totaly something I would do for fun tho
Electric starts will add kg's to your car and unless you are disabled i would steer clear

IDK, if the electric starters prevented me from going thru so many pull starts I'd grab one. Got so sick of ordering them every other week.
Got to buy zen starters not rovan/km
Forget to charge your lipo ur done… run out of battery ur done… go from replacing pull starts to replacing brushless motors 
ur adding an esc and motor to ur truck + the whole assembly that weighs a lot. Put an outerwears in it pullstart
the zen ones are WAYYY better from experience the Rovan one breaks within like 3 starts

Maybe my problem was the cheapo tits racing pullstart cover. Zenoah or clone they would break within 2 days of use at our old dusty track. All that's needed is a speck of sand/dirt where the pawl meets that plastic wheel and it's feked.
