Exhaust leak taylor 55

Hey guys I have a taylor 55 supreme on a losi 5ive T platform and it keeps leaking at the header of the pipe. I inserted my 2 rubber gaskets and I'm not sure how to fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like your header flange is bent, it's not going to seal in that state.

Maybe from over tightening it? How should I fix?

I'm not familiar with big bore exhausts, but the double o.ring deal sounds like how my boat exhausts are, 1 on the inside and 1 on the outside of the header flange and it makes a sandwich? it appears by your pictures that the o rings are too hard and arent squishing enough and allowing that flange to sit flat as a whole. Can you show us the o rings your using?

So I reversed the flange and tightened until it bent straight again and these are my seals

Hmm I haven't had luck with those Teflon gaskets, can you get some high temp o rings? Is your header 7/8 or 1"
