No they don't, i emailed hobbytech and they said you need the alloy 4wd uprights at the front, regular 2wd ones should work on the rear.

well the ones i brought and the pics i have seen they do have the holes

Very interesting, Maybe I'll just add them in the back then. The main reason is so it doesn't spin out like it does with just the stock rear single brakes.

5thscaleCanada, you have hydraulic breaks right?
Joe, do you need a certain type of hydraulic fluid?. just wondering if you ran out could you replace it with something else.

It's got the cable brakes. The hydro use a special mineral oil similar to the hydro on mountain bikes. For the money cables works fine once adjusted.
