I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of their 1/5 scale Porsches or any links to any.
Thanks. I have attached mine.

Nice car. I like the carbon fiber chassis.
I think Timmah here on the forum has or a bergonzoni with a porsche body I don't know if he has it anymore though.

How do you like the way it handles with the yellow springs in the rear...

Chris

yes i did have a 535 Porsche body on a berg. but i sold it this spring to one of the canadian guys. im sure its around somewhere.

Just a picture of my used body shell i've bought on ebay.
Lying with broken leg at home.
Not funny. Can't work with my FG.
The car is a short chassi Sportline 04 upgraded to 08.

were you able to put the FG hydraulic brakes on the fron and rear of the porsche? i had no room so i could only do the rear.

I will post pic to show you where to mount the front and rear master cylinders.
I am having trouble with the location of the rear brake master cylinder as is a little too close to the servo horn. Can you show me pics of you rear brake master cylinder location?
thanks

My car is up on the shelf right now and I injured my leg on tuesday. As soon as i'm able i'll take a better pic for you to see. Here is a couple from last summer.

these are the pics from my SWB porsche
you can see that the master cylinder brake for the rear brakes is too close to the servo horn. I need to find a way to mount it a bit further back.

Ooooooooooooh Porsches..... Lovely.

Luis - What "stuff" are you running on your car, is it Evo 8 parts on a Evo 3 SWB chassis? I'm using the Evo 3 chassis with sportsline competition alloy. The Evo stuff would have ben a lot more hassle to fit I thought so didn't go for it. I used an Evo 08 radio tray as this was the shortest one I could find to give me the most room in between the tray and the fuel tank. I also had to change fuel tanks from the standard sportsline 04 which my car was when I bought it.

I'm just having issues with the suspension at the moment. It's been months in the making and I still haven't tested it properly.

The GT2 shell I've had for 6 years now and is a bit battered up. So this year I'm going to sticker it up as a race car and have already cut some holes in it. It's going to be my trackday shell that I don't mind taking a bit of a beating.

New shell for 2010;
