Thats rather vague. Real car pads can range from carbon composite, ceramic, metallic, to a entire host of other materials/ compounds. Kinda like saying you use oil in your shocks.

Technically the 5t 2.0 uses a pressed semi metallic compound that resembles real brake pads. Just mentioning
