If I hadn't picked up a Futaba 4PLS last month I would seriously consider this radio . Looks Like it's very easy to use and program.

Same here, my new transmitte will be this or the 4pls, currently using a airtronics mxv which is bassic but awsome for a person who's not running more than 3 channels

Reading through question/response part about this from DJ Medic....Flysky says they will be releasing a firmware update that will bring this up to 18chs?!?!?!

I have a gt3-c love its features (jail broke /hacked) the range is crap. Reason I run it on my axial. If this thing even gets half the range a futaba does it will be a hit. I believe it is compatable with the current receivers. It would be crazy to have 16 channels....

I don't see why people are bothered about the range. As long as its not less than 200 yards why bother because how far do you need to go before loosing sight of the car?

Sometimes i drive in a field beside my work thats over 300 yards. My old Flysky gt3c would lose signal about half way. My Futaba 3pl reaches that far no problem and i never lose sight of the car. And i would rather KNOW im gonna make it to the other end and not have to wonder if Im gonna be walking 150-200 yards to restart it lol

Ok, fair enough. My GT3c is a corker , it goes a s far as my eye can see. I may just have bought a decent one.

I do speed runs and at high speeds it is covering distance very quickly. Most of my runs are around 400 meters on average when including distance to slow down.
