Hiya folks
Just looking at DC2's post about the Trevor simpson engine and the subject went onto full scale rides,so what do you people drive in real time?
I have a Focus ST 170 and getting a Vauxhall VX 220 in July.

i have a Vw jetta '06 2.0l turbo 6-spd.....only thing ive done to it is drop it a bit..love the firm ride....

should post a pic or two.....
 
hence the name dc2 man.

well i drive a honda integra(spoon sports) dc2 typer 00model,fully tuned up lots of carbon on there too with the spoon sports ecu and titanium valve springs and retainers good for 230bhp @10000rpm..four wheeled bike lol 23obhp with this weight means lots of speed,cant beat the vtec.
also a nissan patrol 3.0turbo gr diesel teck chip (180 bhp) full leather elec heated seats it sure is nice in the snow..

My daily driver is actually a bike, but I have a Volvo 340 1.7 as my bash wagon :D and as Super saw in my garage I have an Audi but it's actually an RS2 pushing 360bhp. Also have a turbo UR quattro in storage with a few mods and a project mini-truck with a Rover V8 I'm currently working on. :)

Ducky where are the pics mate, love the rs2 man, lovely motors.

Mine is an audi A4 2.0 turbo s line quattro, full leather, satnav, fully loaded and has 210BHP, can be chiped to 275BHP.

economy fuc##d so no point trying to sell anything,buyers market now im afraid.
 
I have a 68 Vdub micro bus, with a front engine conversion, a 5.4 aluminum v8 from a 94 Porsche 928gts. 6 turbos, 4 inter coolers, 2 double stacked, roots style blowers. Rolling on 24's with hydrolics and 16 switches. 28 18inch DD subs with 50,000watts of Fosgate amps. It sleeps 27 and has a working sink,toilet and shower. It runs 8.06 at 185mph in the quarter... It passed a Pimped out 72 Ford Pinto on the salt flats at Bonneville at over 240mph with 27 people aboard. This thing is BAD!!!

If you don't believe me, just ask me and I'll tell you again!! :lol:


My name is Trip and I don't really have a cool car... I drive a Neon :( With 4 doors even worse!!! I hit a deer last year and blew out the front end... If you look closely you will see the 2 liter bottle I use for a headlight lens. :lol:

this is my "now" ride, 96' audi a6 quattro. with 3- 10" jbl's rockford 820 amp serios satilite, in dash gps and dvd with 18" voult devilles..

runs 8.63 in the quarter with him driving and anywhere in the 9's with me..
 
my type r would give everything here a good run for the money,not being smart but prob out handle everything here too,i think it would hold that drag car no bother (in a bend lol),something like 5.2 0-60 time right now, i have held a 911 up to 145mph and beat jaguar's xj8 4.7, beat most machines on the raod i have met lol.....:):2guns: i built it with these mods for the quater mile runs on our local car shows anually. check out www.modifiedmotors.com also www.mondelloracecourse.com to see where we go.

last race i had was with a mitzsubishi evo and beat him also,no b.s i have raced and held a lot of big bikes with this thing,trust me a few local fellas round here would provoke you lol

but i guess its not all about outright excelleration,i have zero comfort...lol well small bit :)

5 zeighen full stainless system with factory four branch manifold

carbon fiber bonnet and rear wing.
lowered and hardned on k-sport coilovers. the car has been fettled by www.icetronix.com the honda specialists and they have also done some majic with a few rounds of the laptop.


i can out excellerate everything with this.
are we spaeking road legal cars here or track cars lads???

if so my integra will qualify as both....:clown:

(hope this didnt sound a little cocky,its the truth) :)
