Installed a Modified RC with Vertigo monster locker and a Vertigo 2.0 clutch carrier on my 5T 2.0 and the gears didn’t line up completely. Anyone experience this issue?

So my current vertigo carrier aligns as such .. ive had a verigo clutch housing with a TR clutch carrier with similar results on my last 2.0 build. My question to you is how did you assemble the locker and what did you carry over to the locker as far as did you keep the thrust washer and oring? Did any bit of the assembly procces fight you and did you make sure to put the bearing with the zip tie on the spur gear side?..

also theres only so much movement that can be had with the clutch housing and carrier due to where the clutch bell needs to sit in order for it not to contact the clutch with it sitting too close to the end of the clutch towards the snout of the bell. Got any better pictures showing the locker spacing inside the tower?

I kept the thrust washer with O-ring and the gasket on there since the one photo of the parts break down that came with the locker still showed them as part of the installation. Only thing that gave me a little trouble was the install of the pins. They didn’t go in as smooth as the stock ones do. The bearing with the zip tie went on the spur side.

Try removing that gasket as that is a shim in a way, seeing how thick that gasket is that would put you mesh even with eachother. I put mine together the same way minus that gasket as there's no real need go keep a gasket in an area that doesn't need to retain fluid.. how about the carrier? I'd that pinion bottomed out on the clutch bell? Can you pull on that pinion, will it pull out toward the spur? I had that happen to me when the pinion screw started to back out and looked similar to that.

Thanks. I’ll try removing the gasket and see how it goes. Yeah the pinion is bottomed out. There is a hair of play of back and fourth but my factory one had the same play.
