Just wanted to say what a great customer support RedCat has going right now. I had my steering server take a crap on me yestetday. After a simple email to warranty about my issue they sent me an email back stating that it IS a covered item and that a new one is on the way. That email was followed by another email showing it had been packaged and shipped already. Now I understand that the stock servo is junk but I was not ready to dish out $100 for a new one. this is great news for me as I was disappointed I wouldn't get to enjoy this car until I buy a new one.
