Ditto, d348 cat engine was one of the first I had to tackle. Thing is a bloody nightmare to work on. Manual sucked. Figured it out. You tube university is helpful tbh, but I take what I see with half a grain of salt. Some of those people shouldn't be showing someone how to tie their shoes let alone how to work on an engine.
