Here’s what I got done today. Not as bad as I thought it would be. I got about 2 bags left to assemble.

Vekta owners, what do you guys recommend for servos?

So I’m guessing they upgraded the shock stops to 8mm now or they just put the wrong size locknuts?

Medic said in his 2nd vekta video that the stops have been changed since the initial run and stops have been added so they don’t pop off like people were having with the first kits. He also mentioned that the upgraded parts were 8mm now so I’m assuming it’s been changed. My kit just shipped today so I’ll let you know whenever I get mine.

Which kit did you get? It’s pretty easy to put together. All bags labeled with a letter on them.

I got the already assembled one with no motor so I shouldn’t have to worry ?

I was gonna get that one but I said nah...
I wanted to put it together so if something breaks I know how to take it apart and fix it.
So For my next build, I will be more comfortable building from scratch

But I bought the kit with dominator. I’ll try’em out and if I don’t like them I’ll let you know

Engine bolts up without any problems. I thought I was gonna have to machine a clutch housing.

when I bought this @banggood I asked for the losifivet clutch housing (see my other thread about 36cc engine if you want to know why)
I guess they messed up and sent me the one for Baja?
