so i ordered a gallon of cow-rc chassis wash since it seemed like it will work well. Its rc safe but electronics safe but they have other stuff for electronics. Im a neat freak when it comes to my cars,rc cars and work in general so this looked like a good buy. It says spray on let it sit and blow it off with compressed air has anyone here used it?

Gotcha....i bought a 21 gallon air compressor so I can blow off the dirt. Problem is if I spray wash and dry i have to coat the car in wd-40 and it oy attracts dirt the next outing

I wanna say most of their products are rebrands bit I could be wrong.

Dry silicone spray, keeps the dirt at bay.

Compressors are noisy and cumbersome. Get an xpower blower. I use that most of the time. I use the compressor when I do my deep cleaning once a yr.

Eh im a mechanic and im used to compressors, i also depend on one on a daily basis...mind you our shop air supply is almost 1000 gallons of air with a rotor type compressor....the blaster would be nice to use in the room but I always clean and drink a beer before I bring my 5t inside

So the moo-rc chassis wash came today and it came at the right time! Driving the 5t today with the paddle tires really built up alot of dirt. I sprayed the chassis wash on and let it sit for 5 minutes and it came out spotless. I had to spray it down about 4 times due to how much build up I had but it did work great. Too bad its 44 dollars a gallon otherwise I'd buy a case of it  ....i don't have a before but I do have the after picture20201114_175043.webp

I try to keep it clean. I was looking at the marine simple green which is biodegradable and non toxic at 15 bucks a gallon.. I also saw mean green at 5 bucks a gallon which kinda looks like the cow rc stuff so im gunna see if its the same which I doubt.

I use simple green in my ultrasonic tank for cleaning carbs, it doesn't harm the aluminum if used properly. And really of all the cleaners out there it's very mild compared to purple power or similar. It will etch if you let it, but then again so will most other cleaners in this class. At the proper dilution rate, its basically harmless.
