So im about to pull the trigger on a new rig there are two im looking @

Con 26 2 bolt

I say the first 1. Just alot Better. But I dunno much about fg

If its 2wd u want I'd get a hpi/km baja ....much better platform then a fg...more bashable...more upgrades...jus stronger in every aspect..imo...and yes I've owned a fg ...but if u wants one go for it

Want 4wd if I was to hpi would have to be a kraken sand rail

Ok...thought they were 2wd fg's......still...I'd not buyone weather 2-4wd....imo its not a very robust platform for bashing

I would go for the first one my self. The engine is normally a non factor as at some point your gonna get a bigger one any way. I'm not really up on my FG platforms but normally newer = something was fixed. The better shocks alone are worth the $200.00 and I like big wheels and tires. But like I said I'm no FG pro by any standards.

I hand the first one and then gave it to my brother in-law. He gave it back and i finally have it all back together running nicely!

I am bias but if you go for the first one, buy a better steering servo so it has a better turning radius. About to get a Savox soon for mine.

I have a hitec 845 to use if I feel it needs the upgrade

Yip put a reverse gear on my losi was gunning it and just didnt see the pole
