Hi all. im new here and hoping that someone can help me out as I’m really struggling.
I bought this as a project during lockdown but can’t seem to find the parts I need. I will try upload a few photos. I need the drive shafts and the driveshaft cups that go on the rear diff. Would be so great full for any help please

You can check E-bay under radio control & control line parts & accessories ,sometimes there is individuals that
auction stuff like that off ,you just have to keep monitoring the new listings ,you never know when they pop up!...:cool:
 
Look at that setup,i've not seen anything like that.
It's definitely a low end,no frills car( no offense).
Does it have any markings on it at all or any part#'s.
Sometimes you can look up a part# to find the maker.
Smartech,nutech,carson maybe something else along those lines,post any markings or #s you can find.
It looks like standard rear end sizing ,so it might be interchangeable with other brands.
The good thing is you can change things and make it your own.?
Give me some time to think a little more + find some parts that might work.
 
Hi. Thanks you for all your replies. Really am greatful.
I only paid £120 for it delivered. So my thinking was fuel tank. Exhaust I can sort them online but I’ve been looking for about 4 weeks now and I can’t find the driveshaft cups that go on the rear diff. I found some Carlson ones but there way too small even thou the add said 1/5th scale. My kids have a good few smaller ones and we’ve never had any trouble with getting parts it’s just this one.
ive just had another good look round it and I can’t see any marking or anything. All there is is a red ops sticker on the engine pull start.

I don’t know if they was the right ones thou. The ones I was sent was the same size as what’s on the centre shaft on my sons savage xl 4.6
I thought it was a Carson myself with all the pics I looked at online.
 
unless u can find a side by side match then finding parts is gonna b... as u know...near impossible unfortunately ☹ ....probs better off off loading that one on ebay and buying one u know what parts r available for ?
plus on road' s......i personally find boring☹..but that's me?...off road is way more fun/involving to drive....imo of course ?

It was just for a project for kids really and yeah off road is way more fun haha
Might be a daft question but are the rear diffs near enough the same? Just thought I maybe able to try get a used one and fit that on it with it only really been the output drive cups that are stopping me. Don’t want to buy the other bits if I can’t get them
 
That's why the price was low.
I bet they couldn't find parts.
People see the price and forget to ask or think why's it so cheap.
The possible solution is to use another rear end. It looks pretty basic for a road car.
I was going to suggest fg but the parts are out of stock and cost more then the car is probably worth,looking at it.
I've been looking for you but too many:F&S,CEN,IMX.SMARTECH -ETC.
Is your rear end splined or drive pin inside.?.
Without more info,it's hard to advise on parts.
Your best bet is get a used rear complete,but that's most likely not going to be cost effective.
I managed to actually find one that may work for your needs.

I don't know what's a reasonable price or worth for you but being its the only choice Ive seen so far.
It's up to you as far as worth though,being this is more then you spent initially but it could work with/without some mods.
This is a new Carson rearend.
I spent quite awhile looking for solutions and just not enough info given.
My best advice buy that rear or another and swap or use parts from it.
Sometimes a bargain isnt a bargain.

Thanks all for your time. I managed to find a guy who had some parts lying around that fit. He’s just making an exhaust for it and hopefully fingers crossed things should be good
