Scratches give character. I personally like the look of a well used rc. I even finally cleaned mine. But left the mud all over the body.

Agreeing with 21bb here, like what a used RC looks like ? shelf queens are nice but something that gets beat on and holds up to it is better.

So far this season I have zero breakdowns. My MTXL has always been reliable, and aside from the pipe is bone stock. Over 2 years with nothing broken. The DBXL im into about 2500 id guess and is a tank. It took many tumbles today and only issue is a screw on servo horn backed out. They have been very good rc's for me.

Only tip I have is I constantly check for loose fasteners. Before every run I check. I also constantly coat my plastics in silicon spray. Keeps them from going brittle. At least in my head it does.
I been burning atleast a tank every day. Even still run the mtxl with its ripped tire. It has a gorilla tape tire now. Ass end gets real loose.? makes it fun.i aint beenout ATALL???
