So I know how to do brushed finish, I know how to mirror finish, but I want niether of them, I want this
so how do I get it? If possible?

That's the machining marks which can only b made wirh a cnc?

No not the marks, just the dull ish, shine type thing is what I want

Power coat Baking releases toxic fumes pretty sure so it would poisen the food. That's why you see people get some POS off Craigslist to do it in
