How heavy is your rig?

Running my Vekta 5 with the Maxxis Trepadors Tires and Aluminum Wheels makes the thing to damm heavy.
Lots of extra stress on almost everything. Repairs required after every bash.
The weight has to be in the high 40's.

That looks wicked but what you’ve said sounds bollocks unless you are smashing the granny out it.

Breakages are normal but every time you take it out? Nah that’s put me off getting a VEKTA. They look so cool though.

My Bajas are nearly indestructible but they weigh a ton.

The main problem with the Vekta 5 is the upgrades. Maxxis Trepador tires and the Mega gear set.
The Vekta now requires dual steering. You have just turned your Vekta 5 into a proto type vehicle.
So anything can happen.

Hahahaha sounds like you are going down the same road I went. One upgrade leads to another and before you know it there’s very little original left.
