Its only useful in racing, and by that I more or less mean technical road tracks. In off road racing you want them linked to gather for the brute strength. Setting Auckerman angles, steer rates, and steer braking is shite for the birds off road. If your pure in road ok I can buy it, if not, don't waste your time or money. Just my 2 cents.
