Still weird you had to use starting spray. Every one of mine start in 3-4 pulls and run better than stock carb.

Yep
I read about the 2 slow pulls then hit it method but it never worked for me so I compared the specs of the 2 carbs and saw they're identical except for the choke so I put the 668 back on and been happy ever since.

I believe the stocker on the Redcats is a Walbro clone and not at all good.
The 990 I had came stock with the Zen.
