Hpi baja running super rich after sitting a year.

Ran perfect over a year ago. Fouls plug within seconds with fuel. Tried without air filter. Cleaned carburetor. Actually was pretty clean. Diaphragm is stiff though. Replacing that tomorrow. Thoughts?

Replace the diaphragm and try again, your not supposed to let gas sit for an extended period of time in a carb and over time the gaskets and diaphragm gets hard and stops working correctly.

Only alkalate can be left for extended periods of time.

Even then it's not forever.
