The 26650 cells mentioned in your first link would be cool to try.You could run 2 of those cells in series with another pair run side by side in parallel to give you 4600mAh @ 6.6v.Or you can run 3 series pairs run in parallell for 6900mAh @ 6.6 volts.Problem is,your servos likely wouldn't care for the 6.6 volts.I'm pretty sure you would have to regulate them down to 6 volts.
