Picked up a used 5sc and it's got the stock 2 hole up front and 16 hole in the rear. I looked into ordering a few sets of different sized pistons but they are $60 a set and each set only comes with a pair of each size. Soo, if I wanted to run 3 hole all around it's gonna cost me $120. I just can't bare to spend that much on 4 pieces of plastic.

Any alternatives out there?

measure it and I'll make a 3d model that can be printed , we can make several with different amount of holes so you can try them all ! actually you want to adjust the hole SIZE , I assume this is the VALVE for the shock ??? I have never messed with these shocks so ????

Grab some calipers and measure it up for me , I will make a 3d model that can be printed , I have a 3d printer , not sure IF I have the right material to print it in BUT
I order parts from Sculpteo and they use a nylon material that rocks and the parts are about $3-4 each ( gotta get a quote ) . once we have a model then It can be modified as you like to test different settings.

If don't have a way to measure it send it to me. PM me if so

the Nylon I am talking about

YeY, I get to be the guinea pig!

@buzzkill.... I was looking to fit them to my Baja so yeah, off-road. The stock shocks have no good way to bleed them so my options are Team FastEddy bleeder caps at $80 for the set or Rovan remote resi's for $84. Both can bleed all the air but the Rovan's give a little more for the buck. That's if they work right/well.
