I've been running an FS clutch in a Vertigo clutch bell on a 5ive for nearly a year now. Both have a ton of life left in them and not even considering replacing any time soon. Took some some experimenting to get the right spring rate though and they definitely run hotter than normal clutches.
Ok nice ? what spring worked for you in the end? What bell carrier and clurch housing you running?

For my Scott Finlay 34cc I've put on a Vertigo housing, Bartolone carrier and 8k spring.and it's pretty perfect for the track. I had it on an ESP 30.5 but never really found a sweet spot.

Yes I run an fs, 8k spring. Cant say I noticed any heat issues. Although the clutch is open to the air. And the new vertigo bell should allow more airflow in then the stock bell.
Zoom in it still looks like brand new

I only noticed heat problems on the stock clutch bell carrier and housing. It had blue heat scoring on the leading edges of the clutch. As soon as I put the Bartolone carrier in it, it cooled down. Reducing the spring from 9k to 8k probably also helped.
