Anyone know when the ignition start in relation where the piston is?

Mine appears to ignite before the piston is at the top ,I pulled the flywheel back off to check an see if the key
was still in tack an it is!
However ,rotating the flywheel by hand to where the ignition should start ,it looks like the piston is on about
3/4 way up to the upstroke!...

That does not sound right?
should be round 11 o'clock ?

get some pics up of the flywheel....tdc ect??

I was looking at an old weed wacker engine that I had laying around ,its timing look more in the correct position ,
the piston is more up or getting ready for its down stroke where the ignition fires!
I have another engine laying around ,I will check that one tomorrow ,I did look at the old original engine ,it looks
a little bit closer!
