Irc baja diff

So I'm gonna be build a new irc diff with black bone gears ?? and from what the write up says on the irc page its gonna be a tight fit? anyone built this combo??

Ok so I gave it a go and .....the one side fits gear the other side is.. like is just the right size and well it'll fit with a wiggle it could be 0.01 smaller ?

Heat the gear up a bit before install. Will fall on.

This guy has a real hard time with the diff? puts out x4 vids = 1 hour just on one diff? let's see if a heated gear dose the trick ???

Ok now here is what I did?? the one half just falls in ?? this half goes into the ring gear first......no problem there?? the next half goes in after/on top it's this half that is a tight fit? got the four hex bolts through the gear and into the diff case and screwed down the hex bolts one full turn each at a time .........a long while later ?? and

There is just 0 play so it has to go on almost dead straight???

Now just need to decide on what oil 500k 750k 1mil?

500k in my center diff barely turns, I'm sure with this being your only diff your gonna want a bit of give so it's not like a live axle and still wants to turn. Jmo
