IRC Diff cases

Hi guys, anyone using these IRC cases or would the RCMAX ones be a better option?

As the bulkheads I have are IRC I thought id get the matching diff cases.

You'll be happy with either, but I prefer the rcmax cases

Just ordered an rcmax case for the centre to see what its like, looks like its finished better than the IRC ones and it was slightly cheaper too

Im just replacing the centre for now, I'll do the front and rear when I get the rcmax chassis

If I can't put it together with its parts and the stock HPI gears without having to grind the head of 1 damn screw its a piece of junk in my book. If Grinding a damn screw is nessesary to put it together they should have included instructions to do so.

Oh I agree it's a beautiful piece. But when the 2 halves don't meet up because the head of a screw is proud of the gear it's holding and binds everything up that's not a good thing. Doug you even mentioned grinding the screw head . Did you have to do that ?

Once I get the Baja back together I'll probably muck about with the stupid thing and see if I can get it to go together where it actually works. After putting it together 3 times I wanted to take a sedge hammer to it .

Since when did IRC have "rcmax" engraved on their diff cups ? and why is there no wear on the spur and pinion ?‍????
