clean the carb out and before you check the p[lug you got to do a wot run then turn the engine off immediatly, post another video checking the sparkie colour. tune the top end by finding the top speed, highest rpms then back it off a 1/16 of a turn, the bottom end is tuned by tickover and how responsive it is between tickover and a 3rd throttle, check by blipping throttle, make sure it doesn't bog for a second before it revs.

Thanks again for all the help guys. This is a great forum :)

Well I tried running her before I went camping 2 days ago. I cleaned the air filter real good and oiled it pretty well with some K&N air filter oil. I didn't get to clean the carb out because I couldn't find out which gasket and/or rebuild kit I needed for the stock carb...But she did run pretty good. It was more like a test run really...only got to run her about 10 - 15 mins as I lost the e-clip on the front hub and a bearing.

I also went ahead and ordered a Walbro 668 carb, Blur Quick Release Filter kit, and some bearings.

Now since they haven't shipped yet and I'll be going camping again in a couple of days...I don't think I'll be able to install these by at least Sunday. I figure I'll go to a local bearing shop and run her some more and check the plug. I've read that spark color also indicates whether you've got a dirty carb or not? Is that true?

Thanks guys.

Here's some pictures of the spark plug for now:

That was right after a speed run in the dirt and maybe 10 seconds of idle time (it was when I checked why my right wheel popped off)

here's some pics after the run today:

Keep in mind I haven't cleaned the carb yet...however she ran pretty good today! started up real easy too compared to my last few outings...

1st start= 4 pulls
2nd start= 2 pulls
3rd start= 1 pull

First Run: WOT high speed runs and here's how the plug looked like:

2nd run: mostly low idle runs w/ a little bit of wot running.

what do you guys think?

Looks good to me I wouldn't worry too much about the tune unless it is bogging or sounds lean that is the beauty of these things as long as you get it close your good. I put 12 tanks through mine yesterday and didn't touch the needles once:)
