Good idea. It's a pain in the arse. Switches are cheap if stuff gets in it. I have more "in stock". You have to in this hobby ffs.Ditch the rubber cover, I've never liked them tbh.

It definitely has it's way of derailing our plans.I still haven’t sent the engine back to fearless yet, life has got in the way.
I will when the OBR unit arrives. Its on back order. They said they will have more next week.Show us the comparo pics.
I got off my lazy @$$ and sent the engine off yesterday.
I might as well get one comingI will when the OBR unit arrives. Its on back order. They said they will have more next week.
How much to ship that engine to Michigan if it still won't run? LolI picked up some yamabond and tore down the engine. It’s all back together now and I’ll just wait until everything cures. I will give this one more f***ing shot until I throw in the towel.
I may have flooded it on the “tuned” carburetor that I received.
I like your styleHow much to ship that engine to Michigan if it still won't run? Lol
It looks like it costs $250 to ship up to MichiganHow much to ship that engine to Michigan if it still won't run? Lol
Lol. I'll pass. Bummer the pos won't run. Very frustrating.Well the good news is that the yamabond appears to have done its job.
The bad news is that it still doesn’t start! The pop from the soft pulls on choke is about the closest it gets. It’s not flooding this time. Spark tests out by jumping a huge gap on the tester.
I guess it’s time to cobble together a leak down testing apparatus. This is a lot of troubleshooting for a brand new engine. Someone had mentioned to me that the seal at the clutch is a notorious leaker.
