mvaughn12 on here originally found this particular tool and said that it worked perfectly. It also includes the drill bit already installed in it.

Well guys, do not use this engine starter. I don't know how that member got it to work, because the bit is too short to make it into the starter far enough to spin the engine over. Stick to the drill method guys- I had to find out the hard way. If anyone needs an engine starter for their weedwaker let me know haha.
 
With the drill starts you need to buy a drill that can spin fast enough. Tried the Black and Decker 18V cordless and it was too slow. End up getting a Dewalt 20V that spins over 2000 rpms.
 
I looked at the Dewalt 20v 2000rpm today before I ended up getting a Ridgid. The Dewalt looked like a super solid drill. They also had a brushless version of the Dewalt for $220 that looked really nice.
 
I got my first good uninterrupted run in just now. Ran her for about 30 minutes and I had zero issues with the killswitch so I am assuming the NGK plug did the trick. I also got some awesome air - time lol.

I hit a very large speed bump doing top speed which I assume is around 30 or so and she landed nose down and went into a cart wheel roll. It skidded on the roof for a few feet and landed back on the wheels. Everything was fine and I continued driving another 10 minutes with no issues and no breakage.

I had a feeling when I read all the bad reviews about Redcat that it was probably just people who were mad they had spent so much on a Traxxas (absolutely nothing wrong with Traxxas), and I was right. These are much more durable than the bad reviews lead one to believe.
