Sounds like a waste of money to me unless you have a runway to drive at and you buy to at a time cuz its gonna fall apart. My 1st baja was a km it did a good job of getting me started but I will never buy anything from them again.

sounds interesting and I like the idea of innovation, I haven't had a problem at all with my 2 speed and have used it allot. As far as practical use I would think this would be an on-road only unit.

to each own, thats why this is posted in the KM forum page,
not saying to go out and buy it,more of a FYI there are people looking for something new or different

cool idea. if it were a lil cheaper in price i would give it a go just to see how it performs. i agree tho, prolly not much good for offroading/bashing, but for hardpack, or asphalt street running, prolly a beast.

cant really tell on bell if shafts longer, but layshaft definately made differently, has more sets of holes, it looks like. maybe longer too. should still work with the tr backplate with molded in hanger bearing carrier, and tr one piece upper brake mount. they show a enclosed bell cover too, it may work with the metal 3 point arm style carrier also.

overall, if price wasnt quite so high at 200 bucks i would rock and roll with it just out of curiousity, to see how much more it would get ya. maybe a lil more top end with the 3rd gear setup it has.

thanks Joe for posting it,

could be neat, perhaps making the gear range larger...meaning a little bit more low end and a little bit more top end without effecting eachother too dramatically...

I will wait to see how reviews on that go though, just more to break!

i run mine offroad and on the asphalt road in front of my house, a field on other side of road makes a good speed run goin threu it. theres some dips/holes i have hit in 2nd gear, that i thot i lost it, but never did. kept on a trucking.

I like a speed run myself but damn these baja's are not straight run shooters !!!

Foregive me I had a beer and my fingers got loose:w00t:

oh i had to do that as well,i even tried the wheel hub extensions on front, but control was so darn touchy i couldnt control it. so i went back to standard hubs in front, with the no eclip mod i did to them. control was alot better then.

I think that the 3 speed may be a bit much in the dirt as the engine would never get into the upper rpms, I had my 2 spd on the track today and it would seem that the RC would be out of sight before you got into the upper RRR's of course that could be solved with more power to get there sooner:) for some reason I am thinking a 3 speed twin...

yah Syphon i agree with ya there, offroad a 3 speed is kinda dumb, but for flat track or street racing it might be awesome, i know when i run on the grassy field it takes longer to get the rpm speed up to pop the 2nd gear over running on hard asphalt road, but also im thinkin by time it hit 3rd, you wouldnt hardly be able to see the truck/baja.

would be awesome tho to do a vehicle follow on a empty road to see what top end of it would be with a 3 speed tho.

i can ask how much the it actually is if anyone wants to know, i'll be chatting with them tonite on soem other items
