Got a couple of sets of these mate 260807904070, my west coast customs/monster energy stickers came from the same guy and they where really good quality and the prices are great ;)

3000.
Sounds a good compromise.
Always a good idea to replace all O-rings when refurbing shocks - cost nothing and could save the truck from bouncing off if shock oil is lost!!

Are the pistons OK?
How's the inside of the shock looking - little to go wrong here normally?

All looked good Alan, no marks or signs of ware so I think it's good to go mate, I just wanted to know if the rebound I have is correct cause in my other thread mike said they should rebound half way but these go fully out??

Mike's definitely the guy to ask, but in my understanding, it's either a little over-full and perhaps cannot be fully compressed, or perhaps an O-ring is a little 'sloppy' for want of alternative descriptions, and may fail/leak in the near future - giving too much free movement.
Just a thought.

I always like a little 'rebound' on my smaller scale shocks, but with the FG ones I've read somewhere else that it's not a good idea, and may fail the bladder inside (unless you have one of those with the foam/rubber plug?), or limit the free movement of the shock.

If they rebound fully out there is probably slightly too much oil in there and you could risk bending or breaking the shock shaft. It will only be a very small amount of oil that makes the difference between half rebound and full rebound so a bit of trial & error setting them the same. Mine rebound less than half way (prob about 1/3 way) so are on the safe side but still work fine.

Cheers mate I'll take a tad out tonight ;)

The exhaust turned up yesterday mate, picked it up from post office this mornin, cheers again mate I owe you one ;);););)
