You not considered the flysky 3ch for around the £30 mark so you have the extra channel for your kill switch?

Yeah but I'm not keen on the look and feel of it, plus super bees work on 2 channel spek. Been havin problems with my old switch mate, plugged it all in and was gettin some strange glitches, thought it might have been my battery as it was 2-3 years old so bought another and the same, removed the switch all together and hey presto no glitches so bye bye modded peco hello superbee ;)

Well it's done, I've ordered the spektrum dx2e, not sure if I've made a big mistake but it done now so hopefully it will be here tomorrow so I think the car my have it's first shake down this weekend and if all goes well ill order my superbee then that will be it 100% complete :w00t::w00t:

;) If it ain't broke, bash it till it is ;)

Give the car a quick shake down and I was happily surprised with the quality and ease of use from this cheep budget spektrum tx, and as for the range problems people say isn't the case with mine as it gives a fare bit more range than my old 40 meg tx so I'm really happy with my choice :);):)

Heres the car after about 10 minutes run, no breakages and nowt came loose but I'm guna go out at the weekend if the weather is better and give it a proper shake down.

how did you find it compared to your leo as there a better handling car from what i understand they seem and look more stable and suited better for racing,,,i think my next cars going to be a leopard fancy a new project hmm

Can't compare them at the mo mate as I just did some strait line runs nowt to hard on it but from the initial first blast I would say they're pretty much on par with each other but like I say I've not run it as hard as my Leo yet so I'll let you know at the weekend if this poopy weather we're havin feks off so I can play out :)

The new Leo's look awesome on track, never had a go with one but the ones I've seen seem to be miles in front of our older fg's

ive only seen mike's new leopard and they look so nice and go well on a track

Well I got to give the car a proper shake down today at lunch time, had a good hour with it and it never faulted untill the end when it cartwheeled and stripped the spur gear  so blackbone upgrade to steel gears is now on the cards ;)

Hope this is dirty enough for you wez

looking good...and nope its not filthy yet...only a bit of grass..lol

I still run a plastic spur..so far not had any hassle with that one...

Neither did I mate but it was a bit fooked from the Leo, the outside edge was worn down due to rear arm flex but there's no flex or binding on the new car so I think it just thought fek it I've had enough of your poop driving :lol: plus I think I may have kept the throttle on while it did the last cartwheel, cause after that the engine just reved instead of the car moving ;)

I may need to adjust the set up a tad as it grip rolls quite a lot easier than my Leo but that also maybe the tx setting but will check all this next time it's out after the new gears and superbee are fitted ;)

Mine really suffers from some wicked grip roll...nothing I did made much of a difference so eventually fitted a front anti roll bar and it is now a blast to drive...it handles well and I can now run it on 3 wheels round the corners which is fun...lol

how doe sit compare with the leo....( I'm thinking about selling my plastic baja and lots of various real car parts and getting myself a leopard)

To be honest mate unless you get the new Leo 2 or 4 then you'd be better off keeping your Baja, there's not that much in it with the old Leo IMO. It took a bit of set up/driving style changes for me to get used to the way my Leo drove so give it a few runs and it'll be as good or if not better, so for me I've made the right choice in gettin rid of the Leo for the baja ;)
