Mine is supposed to be 1.5 down and 0.5 up... pretty much. what it's supposed to be. I've had the same service for about 9 yrs now. always the same up and down no matter what time of day. and they never complain when I exceed my download limits (5 gb down per month and I have hit 82gb hehe).
