So like a dumb arse, a wile ago I showed my daughter a few different lights for the 5ive t. She never forgot that I said we could get lights for it. More or less looking for anything other then the killer rc LEDs for the light pods up front. I think they look rather tacky and not this is a bad arse scale trophy truck. I haven't had very good luck in finding scale looking lights that would mimic what a full size would have. I found a company on ebay called murat rc, they have some cool looking lights, but are out of stock atm. Figured I'd pool the collective wisdom to see what you guys have found that works, and looks the part. Figured it will be my/her christmas present, so I have some time to get stuff together. Basically looking for light bar for the roof, with a sturdy mount, light bar for the front bumper, and or a scale looking headlight that can be mounted in the body where the headlights would actually go. Rear lights, running and brake preferably, and last but probably not least a third brake light to mount under the rear of the cage. Let me know your ideas. Cheers
 
I will get some pics of my tail lights. I bought a kit of ebay that included 4 led spots for the pods but also some stop and tail LED's and has a little unit that goes inline with throttle servo cable to power it and give you stop/tail lights. I love it and was only about £15 from china/australia. I drilled my rear bumper and hot glued the lights in there, then bought a second kit to double up the tail lights.
 
Found these, need to take some measurements and see if they are big enough to look right on a 1/5 scale. I can co firm they are enough to melt your eyes at night. Bit pricey. But they arw sold as a set, so I'd only need 2 sets for the front pods. (If they fit)

Hopefully the little video is attached of my rears, I will dig out the link I used for ebay, just so you can have a spy and maybe get some ideas.

Yeah I tried to swap it out today and got an arse chewing from the wife.... apparently we got the short straw and were having Thanksgiving here at out place. So I had to help clean up the house ?. And rain the rest of the week. Oh joy. Still have off tomorrow, so I'm gonna pop the body and swap out for the tygon and have a rip round the house before the rain sets in. Thanks for letting me know how it worked ??.

Bugger they are from the uk, shipping has been an issue to the states since covid set in ?. Would like a control box similar to that though.
