Limiting straps?

Are any of you guys using them on your Kraken rigs?I also wanted to ask if the limiting straps are made the exact length of the unloaded length of the shocks or are they a hair shorter to keep the suspension from bottoming out?

I know the mip ones ( for losi ) are adjustable.....not sure on the
Kraken ones but?

Well I see two types for different vehicles.The strap typw with the adjustable buckle sort of like a strap to strap things down or even a suitcase type strap and the cable types that have the ring terminals on the ends that are made of the rubber coated wire.I am asking because I have the necessary stuff to make the cable type straps here but I want to make sure it will work first and how long they may need to be?
