You would need to run them in parallel. And would need a second esc for the front two. Also you would need a radio capable of channel mixing. You would also have to understand that depending in the load in each motor it could cause one motor the "spin out" normally this is why you see 2 motors running through gears so they both have to pull evenly. Is can and has been done, just need to be a bit more technical about your approach. Realistically it would be far cheaper to buy a 4wd model, depending in what your starting from. I'm no electric genius but it's quite the task you have ahead of you.
