Edited to keep it simple: Brake bolts too small, holes too big, looking for hole shrinker,LMAO.
LoL, well there is a way. (Quite simple to boot).Who said I wasn't calm? ;-) still looking for hole shrinker ;-)
Just get some aluminum welding rod, (make sure you have template first). You do not need a welder, just a good torch.
If you have never done it, practice on some scrap material. Again, it is VERY easy to do.
I can post a video of me welding 2 pieces together, but fixing a hole is even easier.
Hold on, I am sure I can find a quick vid for you. Just make sure aluminum is up around lightly heated up first. And use (well my preference is alumiweld rods)
This is not the video I was looking for but shows you can weld even 1/4" aluminum easy. (So, 1/8" is actually easier, just do not overheat start point)
Again, practice on a piece of scrap. - link -
I have a vid of me, but I would have to do direct link (as I do not upload ANYWHERE, I do not see the need.
I find it egotistic (for most part), granted that is purely my opinion. (Surely not others, and CERTAINLY not others 20 years younger than me (or more like 40 years younger)
Meh, already spoke to much on subject (my bad)..
