Losi 5T 2.0 Shock Blowout!

I was bashing in a dirt lot over the weekend and when I got home saw a puddle left in the back of my truck. A quick look and I found a front shock was leaking. So I pulled the shock to find that the plastic bottom cap blew out. I'll be orderding a set of aluminum caps to replace the plastic ones. Any one have a shock oil weight recco for front and rears?
