HELP Needed

now i have your attention:p
ive just fitted a 29cc DDM head kit and i got itr to fire up but it was ticking over quite high so i shut it down and now it wont restart:mad:
anyway took the air filter and exhaust off and ive noticed that on the down stroke the piston isnt moving down far enough to let any air in (don't no how it started first time) has anyone else experianced this it was a 26cc engine to start with. Do i need a shorter conrod?
any help would be appriciated cheers

looking good mate the cranks fine should be a 28mm stroke as for starting it set it at factory settings tons on here about that but i set mine at 1 1/4 low speed needle and 1 1/2 high speed needle start there then fine adjustments think of the needles as a clock face just turn then 5 mins at a time tiny adjustments make a huge difference also i wouldn't recomend using the air filter youve got there more on road and let fine particles through which you new head kit wont like and you will lower its life id get a stock fg filter set up and a outerwares pre filter and some good sticky filter oil this will be much better and will save your new engine i had the 29cc ddm and loved it you should have the fg poping wheelies no trouble
