How do you vent the gas cap for the mcd comp v4 mt. I've read that should be done does anyone have a pic of this?

MCD have just brought out this tank vent kit

its simular to how FG vent the tanks on there onroad models

this helps when your tank gets low on fuel as its swishing from side to side,stops fuel starvation

there is also an alloy cap that you attach a piece of fuel pipe

and pass out the back end.....problem with that is if you roll

the fuel comes out......the vent kit has a one way valve

Guys re: the alloy lower diff case, should I purchase just one for the front or do I need one for the rear too? I"m talking for the mcd comp v4 mt

its the rear one you need the most ......

check which one though,the newer ones have a larger bearing

would be better to get all alloy ones,this guy does them

i just got this centre gear box off him for 1 of my Ultimates

they are fully enclosed,so can be part filled with oil

if you get those,for an extre $150 or so it would be worthwhile

getting the matching alloy centre gearbox......you don't want

small stones getting between the centre diff gears

and if you want,you can click the thanks button to the right :lol:
