I have actually perfected my own fix yesterday while tinkering, I cut out the thin elasticated band on one of my latex gloves and cut it to the same circumfrence of the little washer inside the top of the shocks.
Use a small flat blade screw driver to wedge it up close to the edge, then close up the shocks.
No more leaks :D

Its partly my fault as I was re-filling the shocks the wrong way....DOH!


Someone needs to create a sticky on the correct way to re-fill the shocks, as I had to learn by trial and error!
