Well I was really excited about this as it looks gorgeous, but with a price tag of over $300usd that excitement quickly went away ?. I applaud their willingness to bring in something new from the ground up, but it needs a better price point or it won't sell.

oh we know it was aimed at you ?and a few other big guys.
I'd be interesting to see how many get sold at that price.
Let's see what the market will bear.
So how many you in for...?

I won't be buying one lol. I didnt like spending $130 on a RT990 when I bought one. If they were around $150 maybe even 175 I'd buy one to try. But they are double that and they sure won't double anything else if I installed one.

Ahh yes but you get 5 kph more speed better low end torque and 4 more mins run time.
So does that mean if I put them on my twin I will get 10 kph more speed and 8 mins extra runtime? ???
No, infact it will increase your power to 1.8 gigawatts. A few stickers and it would be 2?
Someone will buy it in the never ending quest for more billet fancy bits. Anodize them and fogeddaboutit.?

I like that the butterfly is designed in such a way that there's no obstruction in the throat, and no way for the screws to back out when installed. But it's definitely not enough to stomach the cost. I guess some high dollar euro racers will invest in them for the slight (percieved?) edge they might provide, but I'll stick to my Walbros, thank you.

Definitely nice to see some new stuff coming out for large scale though!
