Much much cheaper. $8 for a roll of bug screen, you can do at least 100 covers. ?

Awesome! 2 questions, what pipe is that? And why didnt you put the tape on the exhuast instead of the body? Imo it would look better

DDM Dominator pipe. Tape is not designed to apply directly to exhaust. I was thinking about using header wrap but it's too thick.

No, I haven't. Silicone tape can handle the heat from pipe? Then again, I don't know how hot it gets. I'll hit it w my laser thermometer later.

I use it on the join in my Jetpro and it works well.
I think it's rated 300 C
